You can’t visit Malawi without recognising that it is the poorest country in the world with a big AIDS problem. Both issues mean that there are kids without parents or parents who cannot afford to raise them. This orphanage is in the village next to Kamuzu Academy & Amy & her colleagues regularly visit.
